Picked up a used 2010 Iron with 1000 miles. All stock. I've ordered the following:

High Performance Air Cleaner from Lick's Cylces
Front Directional Relocation Kit

Also picking up a Sundowner seat this weekend. Will post picks when it's all setup.

Debating on the exhaust. Not sure if I want to do Slickers from Lick's or Python Throwbacks.

As for bags, I was going to get a set of custom leather saddle bags from Plunderdog, but I think I might go with the Hardstreet Sixer's.

Nice! I'm getting similar style bars (12" RSD Vintage Black Ops) on this week. Did the V&H Short Shots in black.

Surprisingly good, especially for a solo rider.

I just installed smoked lenses and leather fork covers. Pics will be coming.

It's not bad. I had a Softail (Crossbones) before. Sure, it had more power...but for me, as a generally solo rider at 155lbs, who does mostly shorter day trips...the 883 is fine. I've never been a "speed freak" on a Harley (had sportsbikes in the past). So, the power is fine. And if you really wan't power...you can adjust over time... remapping, pipes, intake, and eventually a 1200 conversion kit if you really want it. But, if you're going that far...might as well just get a bigger bike to begin with. Long term, I'll probably add a bagger like a Street Glide when I want more power and have long highway riding needs/urges.

Hey I am considering getting a Crossbones. Mind telling me about your experience with it? How does it compare to the Iron (only bike I've owned).
Anything wrong with it? What year did you have?
Sorry to go off topic, we can take this to PM if you want.
