Wow, Thanks for the tip! I wouldnt have thought of that! You would think an HD part would be designed to prevent that sort of thing!

Just came across this.

I just can't get my head around that big, goofy looking balloon tire that H-D put on there. I see it and I think "moon rover!"

Otherwise, it is a fabulous looking bike!

Wasn't done by H-D. That bike was designed by a Taipei shop by the name of Rough Crafts and was titled Iron Guerilla.

Has a lot of cool parts on it, but the price that they charge for them isn't so cool!

The big, ugly front tire is all I don't like.

That was done by H-D. All 48s have it ...unless Rough Crafts installed something BIGGER, or this isn't a 48.

I must confess, I haven't read closely at all posts in this thread.

Its beautiful but that seat makes my a$$ hurt just looking at it.

I'm all for having a beautiful bike, but not if you can't ride for more than a half hour without needing painkillers or a visit to the chiropractor.

They did, that tire is bigger than the one Harley puts on the 48. On the 48 the front is slightly smaller than the rear, on that other bike, they appear identical.

Here is a stock 48:

Here is the other bike:

That's not a 48, it's an Iron. Hence the name Iron Guerilla and the fact it was posted in **How Many Iron 883 Owners Out There?**

Here's the actual site for the bike:

http://blog.roughcrafts.com/archives/501

A couple members was quoted some prices for the tank (which is the stock tank reworked) and they stated you would have to send in your tank and pay $1200. For the pipes, it was around $1000 or so.

They are identical! If you read the blog he used an iron rear wheel for the front. Great bike!
