**How Many Iron 883 Owners Out There?**

A forum member on here was kind enough to make me the indicator light mount:
It mounts between the top clamp and riser.

Ahh, so it's a custom jobby. Great idea, maybe I'll have to fab something like that up.

Hey all. New to the forum. Just picked up an Iron. Mods over stock are mini-apes, forward controls, SE Stage 1 Air Filter kit, blacked out exhaust heat shields, SE slip-on shorty mufflers...i know i'm forgetting something else. Oh yeah, remapped too. It's one hell of a punchy little ride now. I'm a tall guy (6'2") and with the forwards on it, the bike fits me awesome.
Anyone know of a good seat that will let me sit a few inches back? I don't wanna go lower, just back.
Anyways, enough BS...here it is.

Did my mirrors today on stock bars...If you are sitting on the bike, the right hand turn signal doesn't line up like the other side does(straight). Is that just the nature of the beast?

Man you guys' Irons look awesome. I have been looking at buying a Nightster, but I think I've made up my mind as to picking up an Iron instead. I was wondering though what kind of price can I expect? I know the MSRP is $7,899, but was wondering what some of you have actually paid so I have an idea as to what to expect. I've never bought a brand new bike. Thanks for the help.

Yes is does end up a bit off from the left side, remember your grip/control is different due to having the brake fluid resevoir on the right side so that makes the shape of the control a bit different. Riding you don't notice and the blinker still works fine so I can live with it not lining up perfectly. Just remember to check your "blinker fluid"

I think I have mine pretty much even. Since they are on a swivel you can adjust them to line up perfectly. I just made sure they are facing forward and used the distance from the outside of the forks to the inside of the turn signal to get them to line up.
