Default Enricher Sticking????

Has anyone ever had this problem? A week ago I took my bike out for a ride and it was just fine. Now I can't even pull the enricher out. I don't want to force it out because it may break, but I'm curious what could have caused this?

Any answers?

Have you tried loosening the adjuster?

Be careful, the adjusting nut is on the backside of the bracket. Turning the "nut" on the front of the bracket can break it.

It is made of plastic and will break!!! Do not lubrictae this cable; it operates on friction!!! The back nut is for tightening and the front for adjusting tension. Loosen back hex nut so cable is free from mount. Loosen the plastic retainer: **** should slide in out easily. If not, may want to take it off and out of the carb, inspect it, clean it, and put back in. About an hour work. How to is in the service manual. If okay, adjust the plastic knurled retainer until it will just hold the **** fully out. Replace cable in mount with flats lined up and tighten (easy with the minkey grip) the hex. **** should work fine now.

Thanks for the info! I'll try this tonight. It's going to be in the 70's this weekend and I need to make sure I can ride it!
