Cool Sportster handle bars

I have a 2004 1200C and want to change the handle bars to a wider set. The ones that are on right now measure roughly 29 inches tip to tip, I think they are stock. I bought the bike used. Any suggestions or if you have changed yours what do you put on? HD or after market and what width?
Thanks

Can't help you on the measurements (I bought 29" Flanders drags), but a suggestion might be 32" drags on either 4" or 6" risers. I preferred straight drags for a more aggressive style of riding. I also have Forwards so I like to stretch a bit. It is really up to you...

I went with dyna low bars. Haven't really had a chance to give them a good run, the weather is not quite there yet.

As I am looking for a new set of bars, I'm finding out that some are suggesting replacing cables and brake lines. If anyone has changed to the Dyna Lowrider bars, did you have to also change cables and brake lines?

If you want wider, get the bars from a Roadster. They're wider than other models, 31 in. I believe.

I installed 883 Low bars on mine. I'm not sure of the width, but wider, and more comfortable than the stock bars.
