Cool Can I do Short Shots W/O programmer?
Can I install the V & H short shots without a programmer if I do not have the high flow air intake / cleaner?

yes you can. mine has sideshots and no programming. you will get some popping on decel, but no problem. it is when you upgrade to a better ac you will need to reprogram or use a fuel pak or pc3. the stealer will remap it for you under $100
