Default Nightster with Burly Brand Apes

Not sure if this was posted before but in the Burly Brand catalog, there are a few pics of a Nightster with a lowering kit and what appear to be 16" apes. Looks pretty sweet...not feeling the shocks tho

Those tall apes just look to high for a sportster.....To me.
The angle the pic was taken looks ok but I bet if you walk around the bike they are gonna look too tall for the length of the bike.
Just my opinion and you know what that is worth.

Looks good. I have been thinking about changing my minis to Burly 14s on my 3" risers for awhile, only problem is they're about $119 and I would also need a little longer clutch cable than I have now on my minis.

So after going back and forth with which bars to install on my Nightster, I decided to go with 14" Burly's. Had them installed at a local indy. I paid a lot but it would have taken me a couple weekends to do it my self.
