Well, I guess you can't sell a bike or service if you're not open and around hear I face that same issue except it's Sunday and Monday for the metric shop and Sunday for the Harley shop. I have the 2004 Roadster and aside from the flash download and front brake master cylinder issues that Harley fixed for free it has been flawless in going on 30,000 miles. Just be glad Harley offers a 2 year unlimited mileage on their warranty because my metrics were only 1 year but then again, the have had zero problems and never needed anything fixed.

+1. I had the same problem with my 2001 Buell. The factory gaskets are crap, you have to replace them with metal ones. See if they will do all of them under warranty at the same time.

99 XLH883 w/16000 miles, 2003 FXDL w/22000 miles No leaks with either. Can't say that about the older ones. Years back we used to joke that if it didn't leak there was something wrong

had a dyno done on my bike for a custom map. The guy was a master tech for harley, he informed about a few things.

One what was stated above with the gasket issue them being junk. And the other was warm up on the bike. I forget the clearance he said but, until the bike warms up where its hot to the touch on top of head it is not sealed. You can ride it with out womping on the gas, till it worms all the way up and seals. I find it hard some times.

hope that helps
