Yup, this thread is 10 years old. I too just bought a 2004 1200 Custom, but it is ten years old with 23k miles on it. Seems to be in great shape except for a few paint chips.

Congrats on your Sporty. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine. I have an 07 Custom that I bought new and together we have traveled over 81,000 mostly trouble free miles. By the way, hitting 100 is a pretty common occur acne for me.
