Default Lets guess the size...speedo...

I need to know the allen I need to remove the screws in the back of the speedo... the kit I bought from HD with all the Allens and Hex's is too big for those specific ones...

also the screws on the back of the l.e.d.'s they are phillips correct? from what I can see they are I just glanced but don't want to get in there and some problem again...

I'm going to buy that exact one from Sears when I find out what size it is... thanks... I was getting ready to relocate and do my bars when, i ran into this...

it's size small.....honestly i don't know, i have a bag full of allen wrenches. the dummy lights use phillips head screws though, which is also pretty small. it shouldn;t take you more than an hour tops to do the whole thing once you have all the tools in front of you. you might want to buy a longer bolt too for when you mount it to the coil. good luck and post some pics when it's all done.

The sizes are written really really small on the shaft of the allen wrench.

troof! I was going to call but they would probably give me the bolt size itself which is not what I need... the dealership is close but they are closed.

I've discovered that my Sportie (06) has a mixture of sae and metric fasteners. I had to buy a set of metric allan keys to cover every thing.
