Default Another Sporster owner who traded for a Street Bob.

Well I did it, traded the Nightster for a Street Bob on the Sporster buy back deal. I pick it up this weekend, a lot of good it'll do me with about 4 feet of snow on the ground with Spring a good two months away but the dealer wanted me to move on it now. I got them to throw in some passenger foot brackets and a stock Super Glide Custom seat for 2-up riding. Total cost including tax, title, and registration was $4000.
I'm going to miss the Nightster, it opened my eyes to Harleys. If it wasn't for this buy back deal I'd still be riding it, at least for another couple years. I'll have some parts for sale if anybody is interested here before I put them on ebay.

*adjustable highway brackets
*passenger foot brackets and pegs
*stock XL50 seat
*black detachable side plates
*detach hardware to mount side plates

Congrats Red 5 on your new Dyna. I just traded my 08 XL Custom for a new Dyna Custom and am waiting for them to deliver it as we speak. Very good time to do this deal.

Thanks everyone. I'll post pics when I take them.
I will post prices of the accessories soon if people are still interested but the dealership just told me they might take them in for trade towards stuff that will fit the Street Bob.

Cool! Good Deal!

I'm doing simular, but with a Night Train. The deal is still being worked out. they don't have the right color bike yet and I can't decide between the 103ci kit & the 110ci kit???? To be slower ofcourse
