Selling my 5.75" x 9" Cobra II headlight shown below if any wants it.



Less than a year old, like new, includes 3/4" x 1" mounting post.

Gazza guessed it. Got it at the time cause I needed a repl. fast and did not know what I wanted. Going back to a bates style 5.75 or 6.5" short body in chrome, black or other. Looks good for some but never grew on me, lot of the Dyna guys running this same light.

Actually planning to ditch my speedo mount and indicators lights altogether and finish shaving the tabs and smoothing off my top tree so a smaller light is going to be better looking.

 

Only guessed it because I've been there before. Everyone has to do the
catalog mistakes a few times in their life.... I'm not showing the monstrosity
speedometer buckets that I bought for my '03 sporty once upon a time though

I bought it, going to powder coat it black and slap it on the Nighster!
One mans trash is another mans treasure.

 

If you don't do your own powder or have someone, I use www.finaltouchpowdercoating.com. Roger's a great guy, fast and affordable. My rear pulley he just did in black should be back Tuesday.

Now I gotta find the next headlight and get it ordered.

 

thanks, he is cheap too. but I am going to get my own **** and do my own podercoating

 

Might want to check on whether you have to strip the chrome off before powdercoating, I think you do, but I am only a bystander, not a doer on this.
I like the idea though, it should look good.
