Default Relocating Rear Turn Signals

I wonder if anyone remembers the post about relocating rear turn signals with this mount? .

I found the post with Rahlows relocater but not this one. Anyone? In the post someone mentioned that with this bar you have to drill a couple of extra holes in the license plate bracket but I can't recall if that's all the mod's needed. This mount is for a Dyna but will work with Sportys.Thank ya. Whoa. I think I just answered my own question. I found this in another post and it looks sweet and doesn't stick out 3"-4" like the Harley Mount and doesn't cost $58.00 for the frickin' bar.

$29.00 from Kuryakyn. Suppose to be available this summer. It looks fairly simple and I like simple! Timmer

I just finished installing the kit mentioned. It worked out great. Had to make a couple of MODs though cause I was installing on an 01 1200C. I won't get to take pic's until tomorrow but if you are insterested let me know and I'll e-mail them to you when I get the shots.

In short 2 mods must be done to install the '04-'05 kit on an earlier model:

1. Drill turn signal housing stud holes to 5/16" and use nut inside housing for the light bar.
2. drill and gromet an additional hole in fender between new license bracket and top of tail light lens. Or you could do like I did and etch a slot on the mount surface of tail light and run wires between tail light lens and fender surface. I figured a replacement lens bracket is cheaper thean a fender to replace if I ever have to reverse installation.

Tim, I appreciate you offering. I contacted Kuryakyn today and this new product actually mounts to your existing plate bracket regardless if it's a laydown or stock. I kinda like the looks of this keeping the turn signals in close to the fender, versus the HD mount. Timmer
