Default at the dealer shop (crankcase)

Thank god for warranties! ok so the dealer called me and informed since they have my motor tore down that he would go ahead and put cams in free of labor. just have to pay for parts (320) and i am up to stage II. I am also grabbing a lot of the chrome to switch over to copper plate while it is off. Anyone have any other ideas i might address while it is tore down?

Hell, you can take it to a 90" now through NRHS Performance!

http://www.nrhsperformance.com/ekitsportster04.shtml

90ci Kits With Axtell Cast Iron Cylinders
Cast iron construction offers the ultimate in structural integrity and ring seal. This is especially important in the 90ci application as the cylinder wall becomes thin. Our testing has shown that aluminum is not strong enough to maintain good ring seal in this application, but cast iron works very well. Cylinders come only in black baked finish. Fin highlighting is not available. Powder coating is available for an additional $100.00

Description
Black
90ci Big Bore Kit
3-7/8 bore Axtell cast iron cylinders
11.5:1 flat top pistons, pins, clips, rings

head and base gaskets (case boring required) 11.5:1 CR based on stock 62cc chamber. NRHS can modify your heads for higher or lower CR. Call for details
