I am interested in hearing or know what does the Supertrapp Road Legends X Pipes as per photos attached Sound like............. I've been searching You Tube for weeks but nothing found. Does anyone have them installed or at least heared them? How do they sound? Are they loud or else do they have a rumbling sound? What are these pipes compared to the V & H Shortshots Staggered? Any comment appreciated.

Yes thats true. But still I am afraid to install something like this without any advice or hear them at least since I've found nothing about them on the internet. No one seems to install these pipes. So for me it seems they just aint good IMO altough I like very much. I've searched evry site I know about. No one talks about them.

 

Have you thought of going with the pipe dreamz insomniac? They look about the same & I think a few members have them, so you could get reviews. Just a thought.

 

Being that they are shorter than V&H SS, I can't believe that they would have as deep a tone. I am running SS with QB and I like them a lot.

Btw- I agree with the other posts, Utube sounds will NOT do it. you have to hear them in person.

 

I have the pipes in question on my nightster. V&H SS are louder and deeper IMO. I originally ordered the SS, but changed my mind right before they arrived and got the X pipes. I had never heard the X pipes before, and went solely on looks. I am happy with them. I get a lot of compliments on them, but if I had to do it over again, I would get a 2 into 1. I have the dyno sheet somewhere with X pipes installed. If you like, I can try to find it for you...

 

So Hooter can you please post a picture of your Nightster with the X Pipes ??

Here is a pic of the samsons. They were also louder and deeper than the x pipes. (Kid backed into the bike in a parking lot, so his insurance bought me the X pipes)

 

Hooter......... Your bike looks great with those pipes. VERY VERY Nice. You are great for posting these pics. I spent hours and days to find those pipes on a Nightster. If I may ask I will ask you why do you go for a 2 into 1? Is there something wrong with these Pipes you own?
