Noticed some pictures, and these look good mounted on the Sportsters.

Did some checking, and I can get a color matched bobtail fender (with pinstripe) and the required installation kit (2005 1200C) for right at $380. Not bad at all.

Have any of you installed one of these? I would assume that with the installation kit it is something can be installed with normal handtools without too many headaches.

But then again, you should never asume anything, so I wanted to check beforehand with those that have gone through the installation process..

 

I installed one on my '03 without any problems. In my opinion, a Sportster is not a true Sportster without one!
