Totally Agree there at least shop around some more .. Sounds too high to me and spent lots of time in various dealers checking prices .. and got a New left over 08 FLHT for 15, 956 out the door ..

Does sound a "little" high. Buy a stock Nightster and do your own mods. It will be less expensive and a hell of a lot more rewarding.

 

Holy CHIT....$15K for a sportster!!!!!! No way in He11 would I pay $15K for any sportster. It's WAY over priced. Buy a used one at 1/3rd the price, throw the parts & paint you like on it, and have a better bike performance & looks wise from the get go at half that price.

 

Heck no!! There is a lot of low mileage used Nightsters out there with the goodies on them already,many still have warranty or can buy it if you are concerned.With the Sportster buy back there will be alot ,more.

I just bought my 09 nightster 3 weeks ago for 10,500 out the door w/ the buy back program and 500 rebate

 

Slightly off subject but I was told by a ex harley sales rep that if you want to wheel an deal the best time is the last few days of any month. They are trying to make quotas etc.. Makes sense to me.
