Default Baffles

Been a member for a while, just now postind a thread. Thanks in advance!! Looking for a thread on the effects of removing the bafles from my v&h straightshots. I know there is one out there...

I wouldn't recommend removing them entirely. You'll need something in there. Personally, I have the straightshots too and I replaced my baffles with the quiet baffles. Gives the sound a deeper, throatier sound and takes away some of the tinny sound on those long rides. I like it MUCH better now. You'll lose some power if you remove the baffles entirely.

i dont have any in mine. "blew one out and had to remove the other" you will loose power plus you will get back pressure and back fires alot. hopefully i can get some big city thunders one of these days $$$$$$$$

R the short shots alot louder then the V + H with baffles?

yea i want some bct baffles, just waiting on cash flow to increase.

I've been wanting the thundermonster baffels for my short shots. did any of you who have them have to retune your bike after installing them? I just had mine dyno tune and don't want to retune right now but I want a set .

Thats hard to say, but I can tell you one thing tho. I was able to tune my drag pipes spot on once I put the BCT's in.
