compared to most "customs", he got off cheap. i've seen guys sink big bucks in fugly butt-jewelry and never once busted a knuckle or even rode the thing above the speed limit. that bike turns heads, is much cheaper, is probably a hellaton faster, and undoubtedly left a few scars.

i have one word for that two-wheeled wreck: righteous.

He has the mohawk, all he needs is a leather jacket with spikes on the shoulders and a chain saw and he will be ready for a Mad Max post apocalyptic world.

I saw that bike on the other forum and Im thinking on a vendor site also. I thought it was very cool. No fenders is ok because I dont ride in the rain much. But the headlight must vibrate pretty bad which means no nighttime riding. I would at least have to have a good functional headlight. Otherwise a very cool ride.

Cheap?..............I could do three bikes like that for 10K.I think you missed my point. It's a waste to buy a brand new bike to chop when you can get a an older model for a fraction of the price and cut it up for nothing.Especially when these guys are trying to make their new bikes look old.The only way you can make 'em look old is to ride the **** out of them and let 'em get old.Or...you can buy an older XL and dig into the motor, chop it down bare, paint some **** if you want, make a few parts and have a badass ,FAST, bike for 3K.

Like I said earlier ,I'm cheap and don't buy nothing new or open catalouges (unless it's motor parts).........I troll the swapmeets, ebay, dumptsters, shop takeoffs,Ace hardware,or fab my own parts .....whatever it takes
