I bought a Sidekick for my Nightster from a large HD dealer. I tried to put it on and it would not fit over the ECM. At first I thought that they sent the wrong seat but the numbers on it matched the catalog P/N. So, I sent it back and the dealer ordered another to compare it to and it was the same.

Is there a trick that I do not know about when installing it? I guess I'll order a Badlander, but they look to be less comfotable for the passenger than the Sidekick.

LOL Badlanders suck for the passenger! I have a sidekick on my sporty right now. Yeah, the first time putting it on was pain in the ***! It was a very tight fit. But it fits, and after a while on there, it goes on and off easliy now.

Purchased a Mustang and it would fit my Nightster either.
