Question Looking for a Loud Nice Sounding Exhaust for a 2000 883 Sportster

Looking for a nice loud exhaust for my girls bike. Her bike is way too quiet and the crazy Quebec drivers need to hear her when she is around.

Not sure what slip ons there are out there, thinking of drag pipes or something like that. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Ted

Cycle Shack slip-on exhaust. Nice sound, very loud, under $150.

Two hours left on these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Harle...spagenameZWDVW

Don't know if they will fit that year, but you can check with RB. Noise and power.

I got mine off Ebay for $89 with shipping brand new. You just have to look around.

This one still has a few days but worth watching.

I got my V&H slipons on ebay as well. They were under $200 shipped. Very loud but apparently not quite loud enough to get me a ticket. Had a couple of Newport Beach motor cops next to me today and they let me be. I love the sound and would definetly recommend them. Easy to install too.

thanks for all the info. Seems many exhaust makers stopped making slip ons for before the 2004 models. Cycle shack has no more slip ons for the model year. They do have some drag pipes....is that the way to go drag pipes? otherwise i have to find someone that has slip ons in stock

Get the SE exhaust gaskets and replace the stockers at the head. Also, you'll need the gaskets between the crossover tube and the mufflers. All 4 gaskets should be well under $20 at the dealer.
