I really don't think you are getting anything out of that snake oil above buying premium grade gas, except more confidence.
I don't have any studies or references to be of any help, just an unscientific opinion. And besides, bike and car manufactuers don't design their engines and fuel systems around that stuff. It could even be harmful to seals or carbs or what not. Some Harley manuals suggest limiting alcohol to 10%.
btw, I used to buy octane boost for a '70 high compression engine MGB GT in the mid '80's and then it really did help as the manual (and engine) called for high octane, leaded gas. I thought that car was cool then, but our bikes are way cooler now!!!
