Blacked Out Turn Signals
has anyone tried this ?

i know alot of euro cars use it on the rear taillights im thinkin it would work great on the turn signals ?

Super easy, look at the lens and you will see a little slot, put a quarter or screwdriver and just turn it and pop it off, I put the Harley ones on my Softail and was disappointed in the shade, just did not seem dark enough so I painted the reflector pans Black and now they look black but are still bright when on.

looks like this when your done! dark when off and you can see no problem when lit up... be sure you wash them with dawn dish soap before shooting them... real light coats... you can also wet sand and clear them and make me look like htey are painted gloss black... did that on my truck... on these pics below i wanted a matt black look so after i shot them i just cleared.. no buffing or sanding
