Question Tire Pressure

I have a passenger weighing around 130 lbs. and was wondering what everyone sets their tire pressure and stock shocks to. The reason I ask is, I was riding the other day with her on back and I hit a small bump. I could hear a loud noise like rim or maybe even the shocks bottoming out.

Manual says 36/36 for solo and 36/40 for 2up.
