Hey guys,

Does anyone know if the black headlight trim off a crossbones will work for a sporty?

Reason I ask is, I want to change out the current silver headlight trim on my nightster to black. I have two choices...powdercoat the current one...or get one off a crossbones since its already black. I believe both buckets are the same size.

So would that work?

 

I just took it off my current headlight and spray painted it using Krylon Flat Black. Looks great. It's a nice contrast of chrome and black.
