Default Size of HD mini apes? Help.

Hey guys,

Im looking to get some new bars and I like the size and look of the HD mini apes part # 56075-07 but I want them in chrome. I can't find any where that has the size specs of these bars except that they are 12". Does anyone know the pull back and width of these bars? or better yet does anyone know where to get a chrome set at a good price? Also if anyone has any good experiences with different bars they are appreciated!

Thanks
David

David, I got my 12" Narrow mini apes from J&P cycle. Less then 60 bucks. They are chrome but not drilled. They are dimpled for newer style controls. Mark

Thanks 06fxdbi
I found the spec chart from harley but I couldn't find 56075-07 on there for the satin black ones. So 56075-07, 56079-93 and 56079-93T are all the same bars just different finishes, correct? And Im assuming that even though the later 2 are for different models they still have the same dimples, etc. that are needed for a sportster.

Thanks for all the help guys,
David

I run khromewerks mini's which are the OEM repl. for street bob and wide glides
Here's the specs.

I purchased them from Discount Cyle (linked below) and theyt come chrome, pre-drilled for internal wires and are cheap.

Yes, the bars in the sig pic. are the same. I think there is a couple more shots in my gallery if not I could post others. My bars are on 3" straight round top risers so they may look taller. Basically I'm running +6" over stock cables but more specifically I have a 59" clutch (could be longer now with taller risers), 44" brake line and about 38.75" throttle/idle cables.

I've considered going up to 14" apes by Burly (they have 16" also) since they're the only ones avail. in narrow glide and pre-drilled but they run about $100. The bars I have look good on the narrow glide since they only have about 8" ctr. whereas other apes have 10-12". True narrow glide apes have about 6" ctr.

They're comfortable but when I have my sundowner on which sits higher the bars are only about 3-4" taller than my stock bars were on the tall pullback riser that is std. on the customs. I've had em on for a couple years and I think taller would be even better.

Here's a big sideview pic when I had them pushed fwd. a little more (which of course puts them a little higher)
