saw some bags today,had sportster script on them,but went around taillights,anybody have these and where did you get them. i want bags but dont want to move taillights.any help would be great. i always get answers from you guys,so thanks in advance.

 

Those are Sportster specific bags made by Harley. Like you said, they don't require you to move the signals. Ebay is a good place to look for them

 

thanks shu,but in the catalog,they show that you have to move the lights,i thought maybe they were older or something,i guess i'll order them and if they aren't right i'll take them back,

 

No, there are some like you spoke of but they don't make them anymore.

 

Peggy,I have these bags on in my sig pic. You do have to relocate your sigs back but it wasn't that hard of a job. The bags are really nice and have quite a bit of room but the price tag took a little getting used to. BTW, if you get these bags, one thing you may want to do is to replace the cheap allen head bolts that attach the bags to the brackets with some standard hex head bolts. I had to take my bags off to put on my progressive shocks and rounded out three of eight bolts. It was a giant PITA so I went to Tractor Supply and replaced them with grade 8 fine threads.
