Couple of quick pics of my new Apes
I had a set of Apes made a while back and just got around to putting them on with some braided black cables yesterday. I ended up extending the wires 12" for 14" Apes. The internal wiring wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be other than just getting the bunch through the sharp bend. Let me know what you guys think. 14" rise with 5" pull back 1 1/8" tube with 1" controls. I installed some hammer motorsports impaler grips as well.
I'm working on a way to relocate my speedo and it still be visible. After that I have the fishboy clamp I'm going to use on the top to get rid of the ugly top clamp with the speedo housing. I also need to put my turn signals back on the front but I love the way it looks without them. No reason to give the pokey an excuse to pull me over though.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Billy at BR Custom Cycles built them off of some measurements I sent him. They were pre-drilled with the master cylinder cutout and all the internal wiring holes already in place and ready for my hand controls to bolt up. They were pretty easy to internally wire.
They are put of the sweeping beaters bars that he does. I was between them and the ape killers but I saw a set of 1 1/2" Ape Killers on a Nightster and the bars just looked too big.
