I tried to start the bike after 5 months not starting. No juice. Put it on the charger to jump. Lights come on but the bikes spedo light flickers. Tried to charge it. Wont charge. After an hour on the charger no juice at all. Any ideas? New battery needed?

 

You really need to charge the battery longer than an hour. Most chargers are slow or trickle chargers. One hour really won't get the battery even close to capacity to start a bike. Leave it charge for a day or two, and if it won't start, then it's time for a new battery.

 

and after you fully charge the battery and it's still doesn't start then check all the connections
