Default needin tech help!!!!!

I have an 07 1200 custom. Just put Vance and hines straight shot slip ons and a Vance and hines fuel pak on. Now it spits and sputters real bad when cruisin through town. It mostly does it when i hit bumps. Its like its runnin out of gas. Chugs real hard sometimes. Any help please. It drives me nuts. does it even cruisin at 40 or 50. I can feel it chuggin. Not as much as goin through town.

Sounds like you need to re-program your fuel pack. I have the 06 so I had mine rejeted but from what I heard from a few friends that have the FI theres a program # you need to enter on the pack. If you call V&H and tell them what make and model they will give you the proper number to enter. I have the V&H straight shot slip ons and love em Good luck

are you still running a stock air cleaner? not enough air into the engine can cause a few issues, if thats not the problem, i would call Vance and Hines

Pipes and fuelpak won't work well without some type of air cleaner.

+1 - Only it needs to be a HIGH FLOW air cleaner.
