Just curious, when a 1200 conversion is done, are the gears changed out?
Not that im aware of, I have the stock 883 gears. If im not mistaken the 1200 and the 883 have the same gearing from the factory.

Positive the tire dosent rub, had it over 100+mph and shes good, everyone looks and looks and looks for marks on the tire to see where it rubs but it dont!!

Spokes are for wheel chairs. After working at a dealer I would never owned a spoked rim in my life...Period!
