So my brake lights on my 04 1200c quit working. I still have running lights.

it doesn't matter which switch I press I still get no light. I replaced the bulb. I also had to replace my aux rear light module cause when I turned the right turn signal on nothing would happen and when I turned on the left the center bulb would flash. while both front lights worked properly. Now I'm back to having running lights and no brakes. The front switch is the newer of the 2. I replaced it 2 years ago. Any thoughts?

 

Check the connection @ the new module, the wire could've wriggled loose. Also, check where the wire runs into the back of the light, very well a rock could've hit it and knocked it loose.

 

I figured it out. It was the light bulb connector. where the bulb makes contact with the connector. I checked for voltage at the circuit board and everything checked out. When the light was in only the running lights were on but when I took the light out the brakes/ turn signals would light up like there supposed to. I'm headed to the dealer tomorrow to get the connector. I'm also getting a new front switch I found that it's starting to go bad. when I barely bump the front switch the light comes on. I'll update this when I get it fixed for future reference.
