Yeh the stock cables will work with the 7 inch. Mine are 10 inch and the stock cables work fine

cables are fine, but you'll have to extend the wiring a bit if you plan on wiring them internally

Best pic of the short stacks on a Nightster I've seen, now I'm defenitely sold on getting them!

Technically, you can just bend the metal part of the stock brake line and get away with it, but I would just change it out.

how much extra length of a brake line would be required? 2-3 inches or so?
