Looks good. I'm just about ready to put 16"er's on mine. That would equate to about 20" on a normal frame bike.

I believe this is would be the last piece to my puzzle

Yes. Same speedo bracket that Harley sells for around $100!
I ran into a snag when one of the derby #27 torx bolts stripped. I tried everything to get it out and after a lot of drilling and broken easy out tool I just used the derby for leverage to do the job. It didn't damage the stock derby but I was replacing it with the HD skull derby anyway.
The second snag came when I was changing the clutch cable.
There is a small piece that holds the cable and while I was taking things apart this piece fell into the bottom of the trans!! I used a bent clothes hanger and was able to hook the piece and get it out.
I would advise stuffing a rag into the open area where the clutch cable connects in order to prevent this while your working.
Everything else went pretty smooth. Just takes time but if you spread it out it's not bad.
The brake cable is 48" and made for 04-08 sportys. It will give you more slack if you run it behind the fork where the original goes and held with the small clip.
I liked the way it looked running in front as it matched the clutch cable which also runs through the front of the forks.
