Default Black Turn Signal Relocation Kit

So, I've been doing searches on turn signal relocation kits, and apparently, alot of the pics aren't showing up since we switched to the new forum.

I'm trying to get a few ideas of what would be the best AND cleanest way to relocate them to my forks.

Some have suggested DIY, others suggested the JP Cycles clamps, and others have put on the HD relocation kit and powdercoated them black.

Question is, can you guys who have done it already, post some pics again if possible and any info regarding hiding the wires as best as possible?

Thanks in advance!

I want to do this too. Did you find anything in black?

I bought the drag specialties kit and had it powdercoated. It ran me about 60 for the kit and powdercoating. I should have it back from powdercoater either tomorrow or Monday. I will try to update with some pics when I get the new bars and signals relocated.

I did the HD kit and had 'em powdercoated for about $20. Pretty EZ to install, you should use a torque wrench though.

Also, see this thread... https://www.hdforums.com/forum/sportster-models/238951-front-directional-relocation-kit.html

I haven't seen any black kits around either, it would be nice just to buy instead of powder-coating them.

Is there a way to completely hide the wiring when relocating them?

Not really, you can run the wires so ya can't see 'em from the front though. Here's how mine are routed:

Right

Left

Front -The wire that's visible is the plug wire

You need to remove the headlight cap/mount (2 hex bolts) to reroute the wires, but it's a snap.
