My first bike period is the one i own now. 1200c 05 this is the first bike ive ever driven. no complaits about it for a starter just have to respect what you drive. has she had the msf course?

 

Just bought my wife a 2003 883 Hugger.&nbsp\\; She's 5'2" and loves it.&nbsp\\; She is a beginner

 

Wife is learning on a 03 1200C and loves the bike. But I knew from the start it wasn't a good bike to learn on. She is doing great though. I would recommend a used Suzuki Savage 650 or Boulevard C50. Great bike to learn on. Either way if she takes to it she will be asking for a Softail within a year...

 

just get her what she wants, and you'll get what you want simple enough

 

so my rebel 250, GSXR600, and sv650 were all fakes?

 

Let her try out different bikes and get her what's comfortable for Her.&nbsp\\; I learned on my 883C and I love it, but everyone is different.&nbsp\\; BEST of Luck to your wife.
