I got my Mustang Vintage seat this weekend and installed it and went for a ride. I noticed it sat a little higher than the stock seat and was pretty firm. Does this seat break in? It certainly was not uncomfortable but it did sit noticeably higher. Sure does look good though.

 

The Mustang does sit higher than the stock seat, and much higher than the low seat.

I went up to 13" progressive shocks &amp\\; the Mustang seat and it raised the ride - alot!

 

I noticed I sit a little higher now that I went with a Mustang Vintage seat. Breaks in nice tho.....WVleo

 

It'll break in I noticied mine felt a little higher but now no issues......I love it!!!

It will definitely break-in. Mine was pretty firm at first but feels great now.

 

Thanks for feedback guys... was a little concerned but will give it time. It really does look good with the Mothers luggage rack.
