Buy the 883 and if you think you need more power do the 1200 kit. Harley will want around $1,200 just for the kit, but if you shop around you can find them much cheaper. Converting&nbsp\\;the 883 to a&nbsp\\;1200, you'll be able to juice any factory 1200.

The 883 seems to be the better deal in the long run......Mods and what not seem to come pretty quick.
&nbsp\\;
This is my 883 that is putting 80 HP to the rear before. Making &nbsp\\;T/S mods, bar backs and a few other things....Oh ya and a new rear tire at $230.00 but I guess it says Harley and Dunlop so it has to be worth it.
&nbsp\\;

&nbsp\\;
One of these days it will be rider friendly or I will have to just get used to it.

If you are in such bad financial shape, I would personally get neither until you could afford the mantainance and any repairs should it break down.&nbsp\\; Just my two cents.

I know it's unpopular, but I agree with this guy.&nbsp\\; You'll enjoy your bike more if you can afford it.&nbsp\\; Just save up for a few months.&nbsp\\; I promise you that other good prices will show up, especially if you're looking to buy at the end of the summer.
