tail light relocation

tail light relocation
Hi everyone - I have a few questions about this topic - I know someone here has already probably experienced the same problems, so I'd like to ask a few questions -
 \\;
I just got a set of bags for my 97 hugger. They are a throw over set that I put on over the fender/under the seat. My wife tried sitting on the passenger seat, and it looks like the bags are located over the passenger pegs, \\;and will \\;need to be moved rearward. In order to move them, I need to move my signal lights back.
 \\;
I have seen 2 types of relocation kits on the net - one is a licence plate frame that has a signal light on either side of the licence plate. question #1 - if I also have a sissy bar and rack, will the plate holder interfere with the sissy bar sideplates ?
 \\;
question #2 - One relocating kit has the licence plate holder, the other one is just a bunch of washers and tubes and stuff. Would anyone here have a pic of the second type, with the their signals relocated ? How does the second type work ?
