Hi,

I have the Cycle Manual but it shows a different stock air filter cap, mine has a big HD logo on top of the screws:

So to uninstall my air filter I have to pull this logo out, my question is if I pull this logo will I be able to put it back on? Is it a sticker or a hard mount?

Is there a better way of doing this?

Haven't seen on like yours, looks good though.&nbsp\\; I am betting it is magnetic backed.&nbsp\\; Check with a pocket compas?

 

Wow am I the only one to have this type of filter H-D badge on it?

I didn't try to snap it off yet afraid of breaking it but I think that what I have to do!

 

Bump, I still didn't figured it out how to take that cover out.

Can't believe I'll have to drive all the way to HD to ask them about this, embarrassment... [sm=laughat.gif]
