Stripped Bolt HELP!!!

RE: Stripped Bolt HELP!!!
First heat up the triple tree with something get it real hot that will loosen up the loctite. Then try to back out the T45 bolt with a new T45 socket. If you use the old T45 the ends of it are more than likely rounded some what too. There's a tool also that you hit with a hammer that the socket go's on \\;and it will break loose just about anything. But for the life of me I can't remember the name of the tool and I have one suffering from CRS. right now sorry. As a last resort take a \\;Dremel rotary tool \\;and try to grind a groove in the head and try a screw driver then if that didn't work go get a EZOUT kit at a reel good tool dealer do buy cheap tools it will get worse. \\;Hope this helps!

Well that would be one option, but I didn't say get a torch I said First heat up the triple tree with something get it real hot that will loosen up the loctite we do this everyday at our shop to loosen up loctite (red or Blue) on racing shock parts and it works real good and their Aluminum parts too.
