Hell I thought it was fixed as I haven't experienced any problems as of yet BUT, didn't want to mention it for fear of jinxing myself,and the forum. So far so good.

 

We are not the ones in charge of fixing it.
The server that hosts this forum also host about 5 other automobile forums, and they are having the same problems as well.
The company that does all of this hosting had some sort of issue, and supposably they are working on it

 

At some point, I would think they can resolve the issues.

If it didn't work then we wouldn't see every other post complaining about the performance of this site.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;[sm=deadhorse.gif]&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;

 

I'm just happy I can post again.&nbsp\\; I went a few weeks with constant errors.&nbsp\\;

Forum server hosting isn't as straightforward as some may think.&nbsp\\; Hopefully they continue to make progress and get em straightened out though.

 

I'm sure the site sponsors are getting plenty of exposure, even with the current 'posting problems'.

I just checked, and at 8:45 AM there were around 2,500 members and guests signed on to the site.&nbsp\\; That number is probably much higher later in the day, especially during the late afternoon and evening hours.

I probably have less patience than most, but it doesn't do any good to continue bitching about the site/server problems. I'm sure the site owners/administration&nbsp\\;are as anxious as anyone for the server host to get&nbsp\\;everything corrected.&nbsp\\;

I don't mind all of the ///// and the ' so much.&nbsp\\; It's the errors when I try to post that were bothering me, and those seem to be fixed because I can post again.&nbsp\\; So, they must be working on it because it's getting better.

 

Hmnn.... lately, the only problem I am having is the back-slashes \\\\ - and that is not that big a deal.&nbsp\\; I am just happy I can post again!

 

I still get all the exposure I did before the site went crazy and do not plan on pulling any ads.&nbsp\\; It can be annoying trying to post at times but guess what, there are bigger problems in the world than a few extra \\;\\;\\;\\;\\; or //////.
