RE: V&H Outlaw Indy pipe on 07 Nightster
Retail on the pipe is $750 for raw, $8 something for black. \\; Some Vrod guys are complaining about the black coating. \\; It has a Drag Specialties part number, you can get it for around $700 from zanotti's, ACM, etc. \\;
 \\;
As for tone. \\; overal it seems quieter than the short shots he had on the bike. \\; It is definitely deeper. \\; It's still loud when on it, but not in an obnoxious way. \\; It's definitely quieter than it looks like it should be.

Added more pics.

Initial plan is to keep in unwrapped. \\; The thin stainless gets some cool coloring in it as it gets heat in it (check out the FMF pipes on Jesse Rooke's bikes. \\; If it starts to look like crap, it will get wrapped or sent to Jet Hot.

The HP #'s sound low \\; for a 2 into 1 pipe My Vance &\\; Hines short shots got me 80.25 HP and \\; 77ft lbs \\;trq \\;with stage 1, but I do have the trick Hurricane A/C \\; &\\; the Sert super tuner . My \\; Dyno tuner said that I have the best #'s he ever got from a stage 1 Nightster &\\; that I left HP on the table with the short shots.... \\;
