I use shout to spray on my wheels and engine vs. scrubbing those hard to reach areas. Its thick and clings so I leave it sit for a short while to disolve grease, dirt, oil etc. then just rinse.

I tried shout on my chrome spoked wheels and it seemed to work ok, not really any better than S-100 cleaner. Then again I just wet the wheels first then sprayed it on and let it sit maybe a minute then sprayed it off. Maybe I should have left it on longer and not wet the wheels first?
