Default front end

could anyone tell me if a 39mm front end off of a superglide will fit on my 2002 883XL

Yes it will fit. The dimitions on the neck are different, you'll need a spacer. I beleive the fork tubes are also longer too. Take a good look at the superglide, it has a sportster front end on it, headlight eyebrow and all.
