im almost 6 foot and forward controls may be to short for me i seen the 2" extensions and was wondering if they would clear my stock pipes (08 nightster) or if i can find any longer extensions. thanx for any thoughts or help.

All the extented forward control options but one that I know of including my mod, require aftermarket pipes ie: V&H shortshots.
The exception is a broomstick type often available via ebay.
