Default Mustang classic vintage or day tripper (1200L/1200R)

Anyone have experience with these two particular seats on the mid-controlled Sportsters? I've decided on Mustang, now just need to find out which of the two is best. Searched the forum, was able to narrow it down, but few people with these have sportsters it seems, so I can't find out which is better for our little bike.

I've got the vintage solo on my 883 with a peanut tank. I personally think its a great seat.

I've got a closeup in my gallery that shows the seat a little better than the one in my sig.

I, too, have a Mustang Vintage Solo and find it very comfortable. No experience with the Daytripper.

Compared to the stock seat that comes on the 883 low, yea i'm farther back by about an inch I think.

But, The stock low seat I think is an inch forward compared to the standard and custom models. So essentinally the same riding position depending on how you look at it.
