ok guys come on some one has to have had to replace there clutch on hear. just want to no how big of a job it is going to be 6 pack or 12. Ive looked in the manual it looks&nbsp\\; like a pretty simple job just a little nervis taring in to the motor four the first time.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; &nbsp\\;

 

Piece of cake, and you'll love the new clutch. A six pack at most. There is a thread or two on this install over on XL forum. Soak the plates in oil for an hour or so, before installing them. The compression tool is a great deal. I made mine, and it was a PITA. After you do the install, you could sell the tool, as you will probably never need it again.

 

Love it...and they're easy to install...takes about an hour and a half including re-adjusting your clutch.

It cuts your shift time in half (maybe more) and grips without fail.
