Hesitation when I try to accelerate. Low on gas?

Hesitation when I try to accelerate. Low on gas?
I was waiting at the light and when it turned green, I accelerated as usual, but the bike hesitated, and I have to accelerate very slowly so that it will even out and move smoothly; in a way, it’s like there is not enough gas or something. It happened at 3 different lights. When I fill it up, it took only 2.2 gal, so I don’t think I was that low on gas (was I?), but the issue went away immediately. Any idea what I should look for before calling the stealership?

Its fuel injected... If you had a carb I would blame dirt, but a brand new fuel injected engine shouldn’t be having these issues.
Maybe you should take it to the dealer and have them do their thing. It may have stored some error codes or something.

Actually, this is the second time in this month. When it happened the first time, I thought it could be bad gas from costco or maybe just low on gas. But when I fill it up, it took only 2.2 gal then. So, I concluded that it was bad gas from costco, now, I used only shell or chevron. Anyway, I do not have PCIII on it, pretty much a stock with SE pipe and SE sparkplug. Also, I don't recall it spit out any error code when it happens.
Water in the tank? hmmm.. is that possible?

It's always possible. Condensation in the tank itself, or in the gas itself from where you bought it. More than likely though, there is a vent problem. I'm not familiar enough with the new bikes, but used to be, there was an overflow tube. If there is such a thing on these new bikes, I'd look to make sure it's not kinked. Also, water could have gotten into/onto your air filter. Any chance that you washed the bike just before it happened?
There's quite a few possibilities. I'd take it to the dealer and explain what happened and have them run a diagnostic on it. That's the easiest and fastest way to find out.

Thanks for the feedback.
Went to stealership yesterday to explain a bit plus the free hotdog and drink for their cars/bikes event. Also made an appointment with them next week for them to look at it. Hopefully, I will get some real/useful answer.
