Default Squeaky rear disc

I have a '96 1200 Custom, and after riding a while the rear disc squeals when I apply LIGHT pressure only. Checked the pads - OK there. Any cleaning or anything to get rid of this. It's kinda embarrassing pulling up to a red light on a nice bike - and it squeals!!!

Thanks

Default RE: Squeaky rear disc

You can first try spraying the caliper and pads with brake cleaner. If that doesn't do it, install a set of Lyndall Z-Plus brake bads. They are better pads and don't sqeak or create brake dust like the stock HD pads.
